The PropTech Excellence Awards 2024 is set to open for nominations. Organised by Hong Kong PropTech Association (HKPTA). It recognizes and honour individuals, start-ups, and organizations that have showcased exceptional innovation, creativity, and excellence in leveraging technology to transform the real estate industry.


The PropTech Excellence Awards 2024 recognizes and honors individuals, start-ups, and organizations that have showcased outstanding innovation, creativity, and excellence in leveraging technology to revolutionize the real estate industry.


By highlighting ground-breaking inventions, innovative business models, strategic partnerships, and impactful initiatives, the awards program aims to inspire and promote the adoption of PropTech solutions, foster industry-wide collaboration, and drive the continuous advancement of the PropTech ecosystem.

15th September 2023 - Open for application + Award briefing session

20th October 2023 - Early Bird application deadline

30th November 2023 - Application deadline

21st December 2023 - Finalists announcement

19th-20th January 2024 - Finalists presentation to the Jury panel

21st March 2024 - Awards Ceremony
